SEYMAYKA Return Policy
The Buyer can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order for the following reasons: if you dislike the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Click on Create a Return button
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- An e-mail enclosed with the instructions will arrive within 24 hours (please check the Spam or Promotions boxes)
- Return the product within 10 days of receiving the e-mail
IDT reserves the right to not reimburse in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or the original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.
- Return code and/or order number are missing
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
The shipping, return costs and customs duties are to be paid by the Buyer unless otherwise instructed.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging and accessories
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! Return items may be charged a restocking fee of 20% because you are shopping luxury products direct from Boutiques.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
- SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
- TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Also, in the case of flawed or non-compliant products, a return request must be made as indicated above. The damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent within and no later than 4 days from receipt of the order. The refund is provided in credit form on the User's profile within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the product. The credit is visible at the bottom of the User's profile account page.
Each delivered product has attached an authenticity tag which includes the Return Instructions with all the steps to follow. The product will be accepted only if provided with an authenticity tag. The product must also be returned in the exact same conditions in which it left our warehouse.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed or otherwise altered, with all their original components, included authenticity tags, intact and complete warranty seals and original packaging (including wrapping, boxes and any other material such as dust-bags, hangers and suit-covers). Right of withdrawal can only be applied to whole purchased products; therefore, it cannot be performed on one or more components of purchased products.
1. Insert your order number and email and click on “Find my Order”. Please specify the reason why you are returning the item.
2. Your request has been sent! Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email
3. Once you have received the email, you are ready to ship back the product. Pack your item securely. If you don’t have the original packaging, use a sturdy box with packing materials (plastic bubbles or paper). STICK THE LABEL ON THE BOX. Be sure not to damage the product packaging (i.e. shoes box or dust bag), as RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDED.
4. Once the package is received by SEYMAYKA the return will be processes, checked and if the product is in the conditions stated above, the refund will be processed within maximum 10 working days from receipt.
5. The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time we do not accept any local Postal Service.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. When shipped from outside the EU a fixed customs fee of 27 euros will be deducted from the refund. No other customs fees will be charged.
6. Buyers are responsible from the Credit Card Payment Fees that charged at the first time you paid. The reason is that when we refund your payment the gateway provider charge us that amount so that amount will be deducted from the total refund value.
7.The shipment is under full responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt arrives to SEYMAYKA .
8.In case you want to ship the item by your own please be aware that the shipment is under your full responsibility and shipments not received won’t be refunded. The delivery details will be sent to you. We recommend you to ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS, paid all future duty charges in front and insured. That will avoid possible charges on your refund.

EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT / REFUND
If the client is not satisfied with the product, we offer three options:
• Change of size/color, depending on the product size / color stock availability. It can take up to 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
• Store Credit: the client will receive a promo-code with the same amount of the original purchase to use it at the next Checkout.
• Refund: the total amount, excluding shipping costs, will be returned to the customer after the quality check, within 10 days.
Credit card refund: the refund will be made within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. The time necessary to display the refund on the account may vary on the credit card issuing bank. We suggest to contact your Bank for any further information.
PayPal refund: the amount will be refunded within 2-3 days after receiving the returned product.
